I need a site that gives me commercial truck driving directions for free?

Skip the websites and internet and get yourself a Rand McNally Motor Carriers' Road Atlas. Best book to have if you're a transport driver, and when you get to your required city, call the receiver or shipper, and they will most likely give you the best directions to get to them. The general public and basic websites pay no attention to truck routes, and weight restricted roads, and low clearances, etc.

When on Google Chrome and on Google Maps whys there a face in the top left corner when you enter an address?
When we enter ANY address in Google Map and click on it to see any type of view, there is a face of a man in the corner where the direction arrows are located... then it has something about using my location. Any clue? Also, when on internet explorer, it does NOT do that. Anyone know anything about it? drag the little man to the map and some of the roads will turn blue. turn the man loose on the street
you want and it will show the street as if you are looking it from ground level.

Is the Google street view car a black Prius with camera modules mounted on a roof rack?
A week or so ago I rode my bike past a rather unusual black Prius cruising through my neighborhood. The car had a roof rack with a few identical plastic-looking modules on it, each pointed in a different direction (front, up, sides). Each (camera?) module was mostly white plastic perhaps 8" x 8" x 12", with one side of dark shiny plastic that could very well have been covering the camera lens. It was definitely making circles around my neighborhood, as I saw it 2-3 times over the course of two days. Could this be the google maps street view car? I've looked on line for pictures of the street view car and what I've found don't look like the car I saw, but I don't know what else it could have been.
