Where can I find driving directions for commercial vehicles? (in NY they can use expressways but not parkways?

with Mapquest there is the option to not use any highways but that does not serve my purpose. In NY commercial vehicles can use expressways but not parkways and neither Yahoo nor Google maps seem to offer options for those kind of directions.Where can I find driving directions for commercial vehicles? I know your pain. NYC is not very forgiving to commercial vehicles when they get lost or confused. If you have a laptop. PC Miler or similar mapping software for trucks will help %26amp; using trucking common sense when looking at the maps (angles of streets hold clues if we can make the turns or not).
