i want to get a map with directions, but i can't find a way to copy it offIs there a way of copying a google directions map? (to save eg as a jpeg file or something)?
Bring the image up on the screen, then on your keyboard somewhere above the arrows, there should be a button that says Print Scrn



Push that, then open up a paint document and push paste.

Then you can trim it and whatever.

One way I have found of doing this is to use "print screen" command on the keyboard. It's not perfect, but it works well enough to email someone a map for example. You can crop the unwanted bits of the image in Photo Editor or something.



I also have used Adobe Acrobat to 'print' the image to a PDF file, then I selected and copied the bit that I wanted. But for that you have to have the full version of Acrobat.

What version of windows are you using?



Snipping tool is great if you have Vista :)



Otherwise as another answer suggested use PRINT SCREEN and open in image editor and crop to size :)
press print screen/prt sc on the keybord , open paint and press ctrl+V to paste and then save it
